Velocity ("we", "our") provides a construction labor productivity calculator, available as an iOS app and as a website at velocitybuilt.app. This policy explains what information we handle and how. The short version: we collect as little as possible, and we do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

The Velocity iOS app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All calculations are performed entirely on your device. The app does not require an account, does not use analytics or tracking, and does not contain advertising.

The calculator on our website also runs entirely in your browser. The website offers an optional AI assistant. If you choose to use it, the messages you type — and, if you use voice input, the audio you record — are sent to our servers and processed by our AI service provider solely to generate a response. This content is not used for advertising and is not sold to anyone.

Please avoid including personal or sensitive information in messages to the AI assistant.

Our website is hosted and its AI features are provided through infrastructure partners (including Lovable), which process requests on our behalf. These providers may keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability purposes.

Velocity is a professional tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
